RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

CANCELLATIONS

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, you can only request a return or exchange.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (INCLUDING RESIZING)

Returns and exchanges are subject to evaluation from Pintér Heni Design: please, contact me before returning the item to make sure that it is accepted and to discuss the way it has to be returned.

Make sure that you send photos and can explain the issue, I am happy to help.

One of a kind items - Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 natural days (2 weeks) of delivery date, shipping the item back within 21 natural days (3 weeks) of delivery date.


Personalized items (Made to order, Custom orders) - no returns or exchanges accepted, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.

Personalized items can be resized: please see the Resizing section.


Sale items - no returns or exchanges accepted, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.


RESIZING

Before shipment, I can resize your rings free of charge. Make sure that you choose the correct size before ordering!

If you are unsure about your ring size, please refer to the Ring Size Guide before placing your order. It includes simple at-home measuring methods and a printable ring sizer.

After shipping, I do resize for a 20€ fee. If you would like to resize your item, you can ship it back to me.

Resizing + back and forth shipping costs are on the client. I recommend that you ship it with insurance cover, I am not responsible for any lost parcels in transit back to me.

If you don’t want to ship it back, I suggest that you ask your local jewellery repair service if they can resize it for you.

RETURNS

I have a 14-day return policy on eligible items (see conditions above), which means that you have 14 natural days after receiving your item to request a return. The item has to be shipped back to me within 21 days of delivery date.

The item must be in the same condition it arrived in, unworn and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once it is reviewed by me and refunded, you can place a new order.

Before returning the item, please make sure that you send photos and can explain the issue, I am happy to help.


WARRANTY

I offer an 8 month warranty to protect you against faults and defects in craftsmanship. Please contact me at pinterhenidesign@outlook.com with photos of the piece, along with your order number. I only ask that you cover the cost of returning the piece/s to me.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear over time. 


DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and provide you with a satisfying solution.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions to this cooling-off period are personalised items (Made-to-order items and Custom orders).


REFUNDS

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at pinterhenidesign@outlook.com.

If the returned item is not in the same condition as it was sent in, I reserve the right to not refund, or issue a partial refund, or deduct a repair fee from the refund.
